• Husband and wife teams where one concentrates on business development and the other takes the role of non-contact Nursery Manager (this is how we started) in a 36 to 50 place nursery.
• Investors that want to operate a nursery of any size (large or small) as a business investment, leaving day to day operations to their team and concentrating on business development (this is how we operate now).
• Experienced nursery education and care professionals that are interested in applying their excellent experience in operations to their own business – with our support to develop their business-management skills and commercial flair.

You don’t need any experience in nursery education or care to be successful in our business (we didn’t have any when we started), we will train and support you with everything you need to learn.

Ours is a management franchise anyway, where franchisees are responsible for the management and development of their business – whilst their team offers the actual childcare. So we are looking for franchisees with a good head for business, whatever their experience (or lack of it) in education.
